Base Pricing Includes
- Rental, delivery, set up, and take down of sticker machine
- Travel within 10 mile radius of Green Bay, WI
- Quarters to cover the number of stickers provided (quarters must be returned at end of event)
- Choice of templated sticker designs with personalization included
- Customized sticker machine window design
- Stands, tables, signage, and waste collection bins (Unless provided by venue)
Upgrades & Add-ons
- +$150 per design for custom design (2 rounds of revisions included)
- Rent multiple machines, and receive half off base price per machine per package!* (*Stickers not included in additional machine rentals, subject to availability of machines)
- +$50/hour for on-site attendant
- Travel surcharges based on distance
- Local (within 10 miles): no charge
- 10–30 miles: +$50
- 30–50 miles: +$100
- 50+ miles: custom quote
How It Works
Fill out the inquiry form with your event date and details, your desired number of stickers per guest, and additional options, upgrades and add-ons. We'll reach out to confirm availability, secure a deposit for the event, and start the design process!
You'll receive a mock up of your stickers and sticker machine window design. If you opted for custom designs for any or all of your stickers, you will receive up to 2 revisions per sticker design. This is to ensure your stickers are perfectly tailored for your event!
Once you are happy with your designs, send your approval and pay the remaining balance due so we can get your stickers ordered and prepared. Because of the turnaround time required for printing, shipping, and getting the stickers packaged in cardboard sleeves for your event, we need at least 30 days prior to your event. Your stickers will not be ordered if you do not provide approval and pay your remaining balance.
Now you can sit back and relax! On the day of your event, we will show up at the designated time, set up and load the machines with your custom stickers, put out any signage and quarters for the machines, and test to ensure the machines are vending properly. If you opted for an on-site attendant, someone will be close by to ensure the machine is operating properly at all times, there are plenty of quarters available for guests to utilize the machine, and answer/assist guests with operation of the machine if needed.
